Who to ask

Staff wear a coloured ribbon at the waist.

Good to know

  • Lost and found is at the Information Booth.
  • First aid is at the Information Booth.
  • A lost child should be brought to, or reported at, the Information Booth.
  • For somewhere quiet to feed or change a baby, ask at the Information Booth and they will alert the director.
  • Costumes are encouraged but never required.
  • Rain or shine — dress for the weather.
  • Service animals only, please.
  • There is an ATM on site, and many vendors take cards.
  • Contest sign-ups are at the Information Booth, and spaces are limited.
  • There is plenty of seating, so you do not need to bring a chair.

Mark the day

  • The Grand Parade is at noon on both days, with all performers.
  • The horse show and horse rides are Saturday only.
  • The petting zoo is Sunday only.
  • The Youth Theater Camp improv debut is Sunday at 4:00.
  • Femme Celtique's free show is Sunday at 4:30.
  • The schedule is subject to change.

Finding your way

Getting in
Two ways in on foot: the Main Gate by the primary guest parking, and the Bostwick Gate at the walking entrance. Vehicles come in at the parking entrance off Bostwick Street.
Parking
Primary guest parking is beside the Main Gate, with secondary guest parking further down the same side. Handicap parking for guests and vendors is by the DeWitt Gate. Parking is free.
Village Green
Main Gate, Main Stage, bounce house, vendor booths, the patron reserved tent, and the overhead cover used in bad weather.
Market District
Gazebo Stage, the information desk and staff office, bathrooms, food trucks, indoor merchants, and the castle playground.
Fields of Honor
Horse arena, archery range, petting zoo, escape rooms, ice cream, and bathrooms.
Roaming
Falconry, duellists, mercenaries and the St. Lawrence Privateers move around the grounds rather than sitting in one place.
