The Lewis County Renaissance Faire is seeking talented vendors to join us for a magical weekend filled with community, creativity, and fun! Our attendees are eager to explore unique crafts, delicious food, and Renaissance-themed treasures. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this incredible event and share your products!

Vendor Opportunities
We’re seeking vendors in the following categories:
Artisan Goods:
Handmade jewelry, pottery, woodwork, leather goods, clothing, and more.
Renaissance-Themed Merchandise:
Costumes, props, accessories, swords, shields, etc.
Food & Drink:
Food trucks, baked goods, beverages, and other delicious treats.
Interactive Booths:
Face painting, caricatures, or hands-on activities for attendees.

Vendor Details
Event Dates: August 30th and 31st 2025
Location: Maple Ridge Center
7421 E Rd, Lowville, NY 13367
Set-Up:
Vendors will be able to set up on August 29th after 3pm.
Booth Sizes:
Standard Booth (10' x 10') – $25 per day
Tent rentals for extra fee
**Note there is no access to outlets for vendors but you are welcome to bring a generator**
Food Truck Space – $35 per day
Application Deadline: August 1st 2025
We review applications as soon as we receive them… please give up to 2 weeks before expecting a response
What Vendors Need to Know
Renaissance Theme:
Vendors are encouraged (but not required) to decorate their booths in a Renaissance style to enhance the immersive experience for attendees.
Licensing:
Food vendors must have the appropriate health permits/licenses required by the state.
Insurance:
Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance.
Admission:
Vendor fees include admission for 2 staff per booth. Extra staff passes are available for at a discount of the general admission price.
